Grundarfjordar to Saudarkrokur

This morning we left our guesthouse in Grundarfjordar and backtracked to the Kirkjufellsfoss Waterfall to get a photo with the morning light.

Then, we headed west and north, up and around the Vatnsnes Peninsula on mostly dirt roads, cutting directly across the next peninsula (Skagi -- Iceland seems to have an endless supply of fjords -- and therefore peninsulas!) to our guesthouse in Saudarkrokur.  Here are a few more photos from this leg of the trip:
